SOFF Service Hub One Relationship. Many Services.

How SOFF Service Hub Works

Simple and convenient — one request, and a clear next step.

Tell Us What You Need

Call, WhatsApp or submit a request online. You do not need to know the exact type of provider you require.

We Understand the Request

We collect the useful information so we can determine an appropriate next step. For some requests, photographs, videos, model numbers or measurements can reduce unnecessary travel and misunderstanding.

We Help Find a Suitable Provider

Depending on the service and location, SOFF can help identify one or more appropriate providers from our growing network.

For regulated or higher-risk work, appropriate qualifications or other verification may be required before a provider is activated for that type of service.

You Remain in Control

For a basic provider connection, you decide which provider to use and agree directly with that provider on the work, price, payment, timing and warranty.

SOFF normally does not share your contact information with a provider without your permission.

We Follow Up

Where practical, SOFF follows up with customers and providers. This helps us learn from real jobs and build stronger relationships over time.

A note on process

Sometimes the Right Answer Is Simpler

Not every request needs an assessment, a contractor visit or a complicated process. Where appropriate, SOFF may simply help point you toward a useful next step.

SOFF Service Hub may connect customers with independent third-party service providers. For a basic provider connection, the customer and provider agree directly on the scope, price, payment, timing and warranty. Where SOFF provides additional coordination or directly delivers a service, SOFF’s role will be explained before proceeding.

SOFF Service Hub is expanding across Canada. Service availability varies by service and location as our provider network grows.
