Using this website, and what SOFF’s role is when a provider is introduced.

SOFF’s role
SOFF Service Hub may connect customers with independent third-party service providers. For a basic provider connection, the customer and provider agree directly on the scope, price, payment, timing and warranty. Where SOFF provides additional coordination or directly delivers a service, SOFF’s role will be explained before proceeding.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, independent providers are responsible for their own work, quotations, pricing, contracts, payments, licensing, insurance and warranties.
Service availability
SOFF Service Hub is expanding across Canada. Service availability varies by service and location as our provider network grows.
Nothing on this website is a promise of a fixed response time, nationwide availability, a particular price, a warranty, or a guaranteed outcome, unless SOFF has expressly agreed that in writing for your specific request.
Choosing a provider
For a basic provider connection, you decide which provider to engage and you agree the scope, price, payment, timing and warranty directly with that provider. We encourage you to satisfy yourself that a provider is appropriate for the work, particularly for regulated or higher-risk services.
Information you send us
You are responsible for the accuracy of what you send, and for making sure you have the right to share it. Please send only what is relevant to the service request — not payment-card details, government identification or unrelated private documents. See our Privacy Notice.
Website content
The content, branding and graphics on this website belong to SOFF or are used with permission. You may read, print and share pages for your own use. Please do not copy the site’s content or branding for commercial use without our permission.
We try to keep the site accurate and available, but we provide it on an “as is” basis and may change or remove content at any time. Service lists on this site describe the kinds of work the network covers, not a guarantee that a provider is available for a given service in a given place.
Links to other sites
Some links lead to services SOFF does not control, such as WhatsApp. Their own terms and privacy practices apply once you leave this site.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
