A cleaning company, sports facility, property-service business or other trusted local organization may regularly hear requests for work it does not perform. Rather than pretending to offer every trade, it can introduce the enquiry to SOFF Service Hub and explore an appropriate independent provider connection.
A Local Service Partner maintains its own business and customer relationships. Any introductions, compensation, use of customer information and allocation of responsibility will be documented and explained to the people involved.
No partner must pretend to provide work it does not perform. Partner participation and local coverage are described only where agreements are actually in place.
Commercial arrangements
Any partner share or coordination charge will be explained and agreed in advance. There is no charge for merely expressing interest.
