SOFF Service Hub One Relationship. Many Services.

How Much SOFF Support Do You Need?

Start with a simple connection. Add support when it creates value.

SOFF Service Hub is being designed with three practical levels of involvement. Availability and terms depend on the service, location and operating arrangements.

Level 1

Connection

SOFF collects useful information, helps identify one or more suitable independent providers where available, introduces the parties with permission and follows up to learn whether the request was addressed.

The customer and provider normally agree directly on scope, price, timing, payment, warranty and service responsibilities.

Level 2

Additional Coordination or Protected-Payment Support

Where offered and agreed, SOFF may provide more structured coordination, payment-handling support or documentation.

This is a proposed higher level, not automatically available for every job. The responsible company, funds handling, disputes, charges and contract protections will be defined first.

Level 3

SOFF-Managed Execution

For selected services SOFF may eventually undertake greater direct responsibility through the appropriate operating entity and qualified personnel or subcontractors.

This will be identified clearly in advance and is never implied for an ordinary Level 1 referral.

Follow-up matters at every level

Even basic introductions should, where practical, include follow-up with both customer and provider to understand whether contact was made, what happened and what could be improved. This helps build accurate service histories without turning SOFF into the contractor for work it did not undertake.

A customer should always know who will provide the service and who is responsible for the work.
